We offer software products that enable operators to improve company operations by reviewing digital video synchronized with business intelligence transaction data on a secure corporate LAN / WAN or using the public Internet. Target Markets:
Multi location Retail Businesses, Casinos, Restaurants, Quick Serve Restaurants (QSR), Franchise operations, Banks, Credit Unions, Cafeterias at Healthcare and Government Agencies, and more.
Sales Opportunity:
E>Connect is seeking independent sales representatives to sell our software products throughout the US. Due to increasing financial pressures, businesses demand better performance from employees, more efficient use of hourly labor, reduced losses from theft and shrinkage, as well as a more secure workplace. They need our solutions, and as an independent representative, you will initially be responsible for proactively developing new leads in our target markets. You will be trained on the products so you can team up with our partners and systems integrators to find and close qualified sales opportunities. Our corporate office is in Las Vegas, NV and we will be teaming new reps with Senior Account Rep to assist in the quote and sales part of the transaction.
Qualified leads, will get a product demonstration via webex or laptop. If the demonstration results in a sale the independent sales representative will receive a significant commission on software licenses, and ASP services sold. Other support services will have a solid and fair commission rate. A typical sale would be $25,000 - $100,000 and our independent reps should be able to make more then 100,000 per year. E>Connect will provide reps with the necessary tools to conduct product demonstrations, and to create proposals. Once a proposal is executed, E>Connect will handle all aspects of installation, training and all ongoing technical support.
Prerequisites:
The successful candidate will possess:
- Excellent oral and written skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills – the ability to be a self starter, but also to be reliable and capable of reporting in to corporate.
POS, Loss Prevention, Business Intelligence, Security Solutions sales experience will be very helpful.
- Reliable transportation – a home office and a - Laptop computer will be a requirement
Additionally:
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Visio a Plus
- Strong Rolodex in one or more of the target markets ( retail, QSR, Contract Feeders, Casinos, Table Service restaurants, and Banking ) a big plus

Successful candidates will be promoted to Senior Account Reps, and enjoy increased commissions, named accounts and protected territories, and reimbursed expenses and travel.
